We will issue credit for the original purchase price of the product or replace free of charge nursery stock that does not grow, provided our instructions for planting and maintenance have been followerd. We cannot be held responsible for damage to stock due to weather, soil, care, planting conditions or incorrect zoning.

Spring Garden reserves the right to determine the correct shipping time of the product according to planting zones and weather conditions. You may be requested to return unsatisfactory product. All claims must be filed for the Spring catalogue prior to August 31st in the year the plant was sold and for the Fall catalogue by June 30th of the following year.
